Ok, so many of you have tried and enjoyed my Beef Jerky. I have created it as a direct result of my weight loss surgery and the need to find a "tasty" snack that is also high in protein. I have recently been sent an offer to join the Obesity Help circuit as a Vendor. The cost is very high and I do not currently have the revenue stream to cover the cost. I do know for a fact however that the product give those who have had the surgery a great protien alternative. Many of you have tasted the product, most of you have loved it. The recipe has recently been improved and the Jerky is now more tender and more flavorful. I want to ask for suggestions on how to get the product moving quicker as you are all very intelligent people. My focus market so far has been local fundraisers, where I have raised $40K for local schools and charities in just 4 months (taking VERY little profit for myself). While I love to help others out, my operating income for expansion has suffered. I offer a "RISK FREE" fundraising opportunity for all organizations where there is no up front costs and I buy back any unsold portions.
