Seek therapy
We all do have issues and there's no shame in seeking help from a qualified professional. Besides the food hoarding, and all the other food issues that led us down the path of morbid obesity, there are so many other things. Sounds like you need to work on assertiveness, with daughter, bf, even food. I hope you find someone to help you sort things out-a good therapist is money well spent and will help you move on more successfully with your life.
