I did Curves pre-op, but fell off the wagon a bit here and there with other surgeries, crappy eating, and weight gain. I went back after the bypass in 6 weeks and felt just fine. I was told nothing extremely hard on the abdomen for 4 months post-op. When I gave examples they said everything at Curves was fine, but things like a rowing machine would be a no-no.
