Oh my goodness - I'll have to get a doctors note and "pause" my gym membership if it could take that long. Everyone talks about walking, but I live on a hill, so walking out my door is quite a workout. I though maybe going to the gym and doing treadmill or eliptical might be easier. Guess I'll have to wait and see, really, but it is a good idea to know what to expect.
I am so into the gym. My husband is in the hospital and my daughter wouldn't stay in the child care today and I almost cried! I felt like such an idiot, but I've been doing so well and I HATE to miss a day! Ah well, I'll just run around and clean the house - that may burn a few calories.
