I started working out about 2 months post-op after I got clearance from my surgeon. I was hooked on the bike. When I first started I was kind of slow about 50 MPH Now I am biking about 92-98 MPH for about an hour. Great work out. I think it is great to get into habit before surgery. Gina you will have to put them crunches on hold post-op for awhile. Keep up the good work Gina, you too Whitney(go for the goal).
