So anyway I hop up on the scale and it is down 10 lbs! I think I have got the weight on wrong or something (it is a DR. Scale) so do it again. Then go worl out then do it again and YEP 10 pounds. So after only 1 last week it was a HUGE boost.
Makes 50 pounds in just over 5 weeks.

I too always take off shoes and sit down purses, etc. I admit though, that while I was trying to get my approval I went to a nutritionist........and actually LOADED my pockets with coins in case she weighed me.

She didn't even ask me.
