You can do it!! I've slowed down already too. I lost a lot my first 2 months, now it's only 1-2 lbs a week like a normal diet. I just try to stay focused on eating healthy and remember that our bodies attempt to level out and such. If you follow the basic rules you'll get there in the long run. When I get discouraged I pull out old pics.
