Lots of people feel like you do. Maybe its because the weight just falls of at first, now we have to start working at it. My doc says the only known plateau buster is more exercise. He tell us at support meeting to kick it up a notch.
I know at almost 6 months out the things that tired me before are just not enough. So I ordered a new workout video. I got a new suit that is a size too small hanging on my closet door. My husband moved it. I put it back and told hime its my inspiration. Throw away the scales. Put a smile on. Your doing great!
