Question Good Question!
Hey Alma, I was wondering the same thing. Is your doctor, Dr. Callery? I was told I need to take the white binder with me. But I was also wondering what goes on at the pre-op and where I have to go (I'm assuming the Dr.'s office first). LOL kinda forgot to ask...with all the excitement of getting a date and all.
