Default What caused this feeling?

So is being nauseous (not throwing up, just the queasy feeling) a sign of dumping?

I had dinner last night, I always watch sugars, protein, fat, carbs, etc and within 20 minutes of dinner I felt nauseous and it lasted the rest of the night. I’m thinking maybe I ate “one bite too much” and filled my pouch too much (which I rarely ever do since I get disgusted with one I am eating too fast). I had no other signs of dumping other than feeling queasy for the rest of the night. It was awful.

It has been a struggle to eat today, for fear of that feeling coming back – I have had absolutely no interest in food today!!!
