Ok, I'm about 4 1/2 months out and was just going over the rules since I am fast approaching that 6 month "end of honeymoon" time. I notice that a few of the rules kind of fly in the face of the rules I was told by the surgeon. One is the amount of time between eating and drinking. We are told wait 30 min after drinking before you eat and an hour after eating before you drink. With the water loading we are being told to do this differently. Also, I was told to take 20-30 min to eat and to eat slllooooooooowwwwlllly. The pouch rules are telling me to eat quickly. What do you guys think about the discrepancies? Where did the pouch rules originate from, and which set of rules does everyone go by? Did you start the pouch rules when your weight stalled, when hunger came, when you got further out, when you gained? Should I worry yet? I do get hungry, but I eat healthy and follow the timing rules and continue to lose.......but also am still in the beginning stages. I'm confused and want to do this right!
