I am going to do water aerobics for a while and then do the gym. But I think I am going to invest in these kick ass weights made by bowflex. You should see the commercial. Two weight where you dial a weight onto them.
There are times where I am home and I don't feel like getting in the car, that lets me do it here. Other times I want to get out. A little of both is great if you can swing it. I don't think walking alone is the best way. It is better than nothing but a mix of cardio and strength is the way to go.
