Default Re: Mixed Feeling

First let me say HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL My first time on here this year. I am feeling great at this junction. I wanted to reply and say that the feelings and tears you are experiencing are real & normal. I was at that same point up until maybe a few weeks ago, and still have moments here and there when I feel really low. You are thinking what did I do to my body, why can't I just eat a hamburger and drink a shake, etc... Trust me I have felt those moments and have cried a number of times. But as many told me this was normal and would past. It also helps to have a good support group.

I am 12 weeks out and although I feel so much better than I did, still daily progress is being made. You will go up & down the emotional ladder, just make sure you have someone to talk to and this site really really was a blessing, because so many of the things I read about on here, I experienced.
Know that you are not alone & also yes NUTRITION is really important so you will need to find a doctor that will be able to monitor and recommend a nutrition guidline for you.

I am more than happy to email you, I can so relate to how you are feeling.

Hang in there it really does get better.
