Default Hormones get ugly at this stage

Denise has it pegged - and my dietician even warned me and it still took me by surprise. Right at the 3- to 4-week mark, your hormones flip right out. It's sort of like massive PMS without the cramps. And, since the surgery is the biggest thing in your life right now, that's what stays on your mind. Most of us did EXACTLY the same thing, felt the same way. It does get better--you will not always feel the way you do right now, I promise.

I'll put it this way - my husband scheduled a business trip for that time period, and was very glad he did.
