Dealing with the heat
Hi All,
I have been having problems the last few days with this heat wave. Everytime I eat I want to throw up. I am not eating any different than I have for the last 6 months. I just feel horrible. Last night I layed on the couch and held my tummy for an hour. Unfortunately I don't throw up so this makes it worse. Any suggestions would be great.
