The other thing does anyone else feel a bit funky after they drink their shake. It is not dumping and I don't feel odd after drinking milk so it isn't the milk sugars. I just feel kinda yucky for a couple of hours after I drink it and I wondered if anyone else does.

I can hardly drink water at all, but especially not first thing in the morning. It feels like someone kicked me in my stomach. I drink warm beverages with protein in the morning and it hits me ok. I know what you mean about the drinks........and I think it's the heaviness of the protein because sometimes I feel that way with meat or a protein bar. The feeling does not come as often as I get further out though. I used to just wait it out, but it does feel icky.
