Anyway, I am feeling a bit desparate. After two weeks of working out and not losing an ounce, I hear that clock ticking. If I don't get in to see Dr. R in February, I might have to wait another year to get the surgery done. (Because of how many sick days I have and my concert schedule) By then, who knows what kind of shape I'll be in!

So - did any of you ever use this stuff? Am I going to kill myself here? And remember, this is just to lose my 10% - I have no illusions that I'll lose 140 pounds on this. The prepackaged food will actually help me not have to deal with measuing and planning and shopping too. It doesn't look like much food, so it may help me get used to smaller portions too. I sure hope it helps. I'll also be working out everyday.

I don't know - I hate to support the diet industry, but if I can lose 20 pounds in the next two months, it will be worth it.

Okay - I'm ready, let me have it.
No guff from me.........it doesn't sound to me like a bad way to get that 10% off. Make sure you keep receipts to use to prove one more thing you tried. Good luck!!
