Can you dump if you are constipated? Do some of you constantly feel like you need to throw up even though nothing is wrong. I keep thinking that the chicken is stuck in my pouch.

Erica:
What you've described doesn't sound like dumping. Dumping is always self-limiting. It lasts until your food is processed and then goes away on its own. Have you been able to eat anything else today? If not, I think you should at least check with your surgeon. I have heard of people having food get lodged and it must be removed.
By the way, constipation is not related to dumping. Dumping is related to food being introduced into the intestine, not when it is being eliminated.
