Default Good Luck!

Hi Mary! I didn't have my surgery here in San Diego, I had it in Mexico, but before that I read peoples comments on this forum and I talked to many people that had done this surgery. I was scare too, I cried when my mom left me at the hospital, I thought I was never going to see her again. I had never had any type of surgerys before. But all I wanted in my head were happy positive thoughts. By reading everyones comments here I got the courage and said to myself, "if something bad happens to me during surgery or I die, at least I died doing something positive towards myself". This is what I told everyone that said ugly negative stuff to me.

Also my stepdad went to church this past Saturday & he said that they were talking about health, and mostly all of the members at church know I had this surgery cause my mom opened her mouth and spread the rumors, but any ways, someone said if the gastric bypass was something good and if God would approve something like that. The preacher which he is a doctor said it was the best way to loose weight and that we are Gods temple and we need to take care of our bodies. So any way you see it, it is the best choise GASTRIC BYPASS.

Dont let anyone tell you negative stuff, they are just jelouse your doing something good for yourself and that your going to be alot healthier than others. People on this forum are so helpful, just ask them and they answer what ever you need help in. Congratulations and wish you luck Mary!
