OMG, I have it so bad. I literally shake myself to sleep. The only thing that helps so far is I take the Lortab and when I start to feel my body relaxing I go to sleep. I did have it before the surgery, but I noticed lately it is every night. I have it during the day too. Actually all the time. Sometimes my husband and I will be sitting on the sofa and I will be twitching, and he will say "do you realize your doing that." I often don't realize it until I have been doing it for a while. I also have 3 ruptured discs in my lower back that will spaz at times. I have learned that when my back is spazing out I need to walk it off, and then I can usually go back to sleep. I toss and turn all night long. It has caused a few mid-night arguements when the hubby jumps out of bed and runs to the sofa because I interupt his sleep
