I was wondering just the other day how you were doing?
I was the one asking you all the questions about your Dr. right before you had your surgery.
I see you joined the group here..good for you. 
If you havent already got some litterature on do's and don'ts of eating etc...email me and i will get you a copy of my stuff.
So what do you think since you crossed over? How was it down in TJ?
