Heather, I wouldn't take what your husband said to heart. I remember my mom saying the same thing. She said she didnt want to talk about it because she was so nervouse for me. She was afraid of all the complications that could possibbly happen. It's because they love us so much and they dont want anything to happen to us. Just look at it from his point of view. Hope this helps a little.
