Just about anything can be that consistency if you add enough liquid and blend it. For me it was a matter of mindset.........what I could stand the thought of.....ugh. I had this weird thing where I could only eat a food one time, then the thought of it would gross me out. Thank goodness that passed! One thing I did was puree a can of bean and ham soup and add a little melted cheese. It was easy to make thin enough and had good flavor and tons of protein. I also add dry milk to tea and hot chocolate to add some extra protein. Have you tried adding the vanilla supplement to crystal light or hot cocoa? I had a real issue with the shakes, but am able to do that.
