Thats is GREAT advise RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH...It took me 3yrs to make the decision to have WLS.I went against my family to make me healthier.I did have complications with my surgery but survived.When I was morbidly obese I was risking my life everyday(high blood pressure,bad back ect..).
The surgery is a scary thing but with the proper research and support it will turn out fine.
Even with the complications I had with my WLS I think I made the best decision for me Im happier & healthier....
