I know if I forget to eat, I get this gurgly, grumbly feeling..and sometimes my blood sugar bottoms out, so I keep some peanut butter crackers or a protein bar in my purse or van just in case. It is easy to forget, but now it's so important to get those nutrients in. It's funny because sometimes I'll take my vitamins or a Tums...and I say to myself..."good grief...I JUST ate a tums....now I have to eat food????" It's fun when the weight melts off...I feel like the witch on Wizard of Oz...I'm mellllltinggggggggg!!!
