I had Blue Cross PPO, BUT I dont think thats whats important. Document, document, take pics, take pics-thats where it counts regardless if you are working with a PPO or HMO. Best wishes!

This company, while I was an employee of another company, approved my WLS with ease (no appeals). But, this insurance company does not cover WLS for its employees (I have a friend that has worked there for years, which is why I refused to leave my past employer until after my WLS). Am I going to have as difficult a time as I think I will?
