WE know it isn't easy because we have reasearched it to death and experienced it (wel...not me...yet). The people who say this are either overweight and fearful of the new you because they know that this works, or simply ignorant. Once you have the surgery, if they are still around and see what you go through, I would think they would take a big bite of humble pie!
