I know that something about water compostition can be actually hard on the stomach. I had always heard not to drink water if you are sick or have a touchy tummy. I can not understand how a little flavor would change it's composition, but my pouch (Joey) assures me it does! I wonder if it gets better for all or most post-ops? I am almost 3 months now, but I'm ok without plain water. As I said, was only a big fan of it sometimes in the summer.
