Hey Jared.....I'm almost 3 months and water hits me like lead in my tummy. I didn't care much for water pre-op, so I don't worry about it. I also do much better with warm liquids, especially to keep my meds from thunking when they hit. They used to make me feel like I was gonna hurl. I use crystal light, hot cocoa, ice tea, diet snapple, and milk basically. As long as there is no caffeine your body uses them the same as water. Maybe with time yours will get better if you miss water, but so far mine hasn't changed. It'll be time to try it again here soon. Good luck, you are doing fantastic!
