Ok guys I am really stupid and I know you guys are possibly the only ones who might understand.

So house my house gets extremely choatic on a daily or nightly basis. I am running around trying to get kids homework done and clean the house up and cook and all those motherly tasks. Well tonight was no exception..It is nutsssssss around here. 3 little ones age 7,5,3 running around and wanting there dinner so I am rushing to get dinner ready for them..I am cooking them buttered noodles like elbow macaroni noodles and without even thinking about it one of the noodles fall out and I pop it in my mouth when I realize what the HECK I did I try to get it out of my mouth and by goly jeez I swallow the damn thing. I AM IN A TOTAL PANIC....I start crying my eyes out, as i know this is a big a no no....I call the nurses station to ask her some questions and she is totally rude to me and says well you wont die but you will need to suffer through whatever happens as you shouldn't be eating those things..NO CRAP...I swear it was accident, she totally makes me feel like I ate a whole box of them. I am in a total panic crying my eyes out and that is all she has to say to me..Thanks for the support ms.nurse.

SO here I sit now assuming I will probably have a dumping episode tonight but what I am really worried about is because i didn't even chew it, the damn thing just slid down my throat and now i feel like someone is stepping on the middle of my back...Is it stuck or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated right now..I am scared shitless! And I do swear it was ONLY ONE damn noodle...
