Lisa, I am confused on this also. My doctor says that I should be taking 10 minutes to eat 1 ounce, that I should eat slow and chew a lot. But I find that if I eat slow, I eat a lot more so I have gotten to where I eat 1/2 cup of food in about 10-15 minutes now. I still chew very good, and I get full a lot quicker and stay full longer it seems. I have my 6 month follow-up in 2 weeks and this is something I wanted to talk to the doctor about.

Good luck at your consult!!!

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.
