First off, where can I get my hands on "Pouch Rules for Dummies"? Secondly, i would assume the "Dummies" is simply a guide, and whatever your doc advises on the other ossues whould be followed. You might want to go through "Dummies", and make a list of questions that may not have already been answered by him during your consult, or on his/her aftercare instructions.
