Some of us have gotten very creative with the protein powders. I found I can hide 1/2 to 1 scoop of vanilla in hot cocoa. I also add powdered milk to soups, hot tea, hot cocoa. I also eat beef or turkey jerky, or turkey pepperoni......or soy nuts as a snack.
