TCBY makes a no sugar added frozen yogurt. If you have one in your area, you may be able to get some there. I've seen tons of no sugar added and carb conscious ice creams. The trick is finding one with just the right amount of sugar in it. Since milk has a type of sugar, there will almost always be natural sugars. Find the right amount in grams for you and you should be fine. The thing is to try it when you're home and not planning on going anywhere. You won't know until you try it.
