I am able to eat about a cup of farina, but as far as meat goes steak , chicken etc. I can only eat about 2 oz at a time. Consistency has a lot to do with it. I was on soft foods by day 10 I was having some refried beans fat free with a little sour cream and cheese. I was also having yogurt, ricotta, cottage cheese, chedder cheese, mashed sweet potato, scrambeled egg made with skim milk, SF choclate pudding with protein powder added in. I did limit my time to 15 minutes to eat though.
