I was eating soft foods on day 6. I'd suggest limiting your meals to 15-20 minutes. That's the amount of time it takes for your stomach to tell your brain that it's full. Your pouch is about the size of a large egg. Liquids pass through more easily, therefore you can eat quite a bit of soup. It will eventually relax to the size of a lemon or so in 3 months, at which point you will really feel like you're pigging out. Some people use small spoons and shot glasses to give them an idea of how much food to consume at one meal this early out. You're striving for 6-7 itsy meals a day to get in enough nutrient at this point.
