Default Another test out of the way

Hi everyone...

I had my upper GI today. In a previous post I was freaked out because I wasn't sure what to expect, or if I would be in pain.

I had my test this morning, and it was a piece of cake. It was so cool to actually see the baruim travelling down my esophogus, into my tummy, and out into my intestines! How often do we get to see how everything works in there?! And to think I get to do it again after surgery...and I will be to see my new teenie weenie pouchie!

Next step for me is a cardiology appt on 12/9. I will receive my pulmonary scheduling on Monday or Tuesday, and they will submit my insurance for approval the week after Thanksgiving (pray hard for this one - it makes me the most nervous out of all of the tests!). Then I just need to have my sleep test and meet the dietician (whew...the hoops we jump through for this!). I am praying for a late December or early January date...

Thanks for your encouragement and support. You cam all relate to my plight...my husband and forends are tired of hearing me because I am so obsessed!
