Hey Bridget! Thanks for posting that information. I'm soooo gonna try this. I finally got off my plateau and I need a serious kick to get the weightloss in gear again. The hardest part will be the pasta. I wonder if real whole wheat pasta is acceptable (since whole wheat bread is okay as long as it's minimal in portion size).
