hey there -- i get the late nighters too; i had been to a doc for accupuncture on my back and was telling her that was one of my problems. she said it was blood sugar getting low (i was waking up hungry late at night). her suggestion was a low carb protein drink before bed. the one i have is 100 cal's, 1 net carb, 15gr protein, soy. rather 100 cals than the little bites of this and that that add up! good luck
