So far, I haven't had the issue. Long ago, I used to have severe cramps. My whole leg would go numb and I couldn't walk for a day or 2. I was on 1200 mg of Motrin to help. After 2 years, it stopped when my cyc;es became more regular.


Being on a hormone BC method may help ease the symptoms. The increased hormones in your bloodstream from losing weight will throw off your balance. Once you reach goal and stabilize your weight, the cramping should ease. Having orgasms may also relieve the discomfort. Resting at the first sign of the cramp may help, along with massaging the uterus area. Walking may alos help.
