Default In the 800 cal range

Ashley - first, good luck on the gallbladder surgery... I'll be thinking about you.

I guess I'm eating in the 800 calorie range - I average about 200 calories a meal, usually about four meals a day. And I'm pretty good about getting my protein in the 50 to 60 gram range - I average out at about 15 grams of protein a meal. Some lower, some higher.

My only problem that showed on my last tests about two weeks ago was I'm low on Vitamin A. I'm supposed to be drinking carrot juice, but can't quite gag it down. One more week, and I'll be able to eat real carrots. One of those a day is supposed to fix it.

I just don't see how I'm ever going to hit six meals a day... and my dietician insists that's what I need to do for the rest of my life. I'm not sure I believe that, and I'm not sure I could eat that much, even so.
