Fee for Surgery?
I went to an Introduction session last night and they said there is a $500 fee because insurance wont cover Support Group Meetings, Materials, Validation of Hospital Parking, etc. I was kind of suprised. Anyone else have to do this? It would be well worth it but I was shocked when it was mentioned.
