Talking We'll see how it goes

I have decided to paste my first post-op message down here and start some sort of a journey journal. I can't see the future and in retrospect can write a shaded tale so for now..........

We'll just see how it goes

I actually fandangled my way out of the hospital by 10:45 am (Wednesday). I was so lonely and bored! Plus I had 3 IV attempts and 2 iv's left in. One in my elbow where they usullay draw blood and another on the inside bone on my wrist....both were irritating and were causing me some anxiety. I feel really good but I guess I can't compare to anyone else since I can't experience what anyone else feels, right? I had my last shot of morphine on Tuesday night at 11:00pm. and started taking childrens Tylenol at 1pm today (Wed). Walking and sipping-although I am never sure how much walking I am supposed to do LOL I was so bored in the hospital that I was doing 4 trips up the hallway every 15 min or 1/2 hour. I kept getting a fever (never over 101.4) and then it goes down, the nurses said it was because I wasn't working my lungs as much as I should.......use your spirometer guys and gals!!!!!!!

I had a lovely visist form Dennise, she is absolutely beautiful and I LOVED the goodie box, you are so thoughtful..

I am off to watch some tv and then off to bed to try and get comfortable.

Thanks for all who said a prayer. I absolutely felt everyone lifting me up.
