Welcome to the group. I am sorry your doctor did not give you any written instructions. I feel very bad for you, but the good news is, you are in the right place. Everyone here can help you and will offer such great advice. The only thing that I personally would not drink is Gatorade because of the calories. I stick with Crystal Light, water, plain brewed tea, diet snapple, and Propel. I hope you get the information you need. Ask questions, we are all here for you.
