Thank you! I did read the puoch rule for dummies, really helped alot. My doctor did not give me anything, no papers. He just gave me some website addresses and told me verbally what to eat and not eat for the first month. I'm going again today to his office cause I found out a stitch below my belly. I had the open surgery. Well you can't see it but it's a little swollen down there. I have a lot of questions to ask him today. But I will definetly like to join your support group I need to know more stuff from people like you guys. Please tell me how I can join your group.
