Sinatra,

I am so sorry I didn't reply sooner. Unfortunately I rarely am on the computer anymore.. and I am overwhelmed by this forum as there are so many new people. .(which I should get to know.. argh.. but so little time ya know?) and there are so many posts that I can't keep up anymore.

Anyway I didn't know about the herniated disk until after I had the surgery. I still have pain from it.. or now have pain from it I should say. However, with my RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) I haven't had as much pain, but my Rheumatoid factor has gone up significantly?? Go figure? There are a lot of other aches and pains that have gone away with the weight loss though. I do wish you all the best.. how are you doing now? You've already had your surgery by now..
