They also say it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding. Well, my husband and I drove to the motel together where we were married by a minister in front of 6 (yes count them 6) of our closest friends and family members. In attendance was my 9 month old daughter, but my dad was on business and I walked myself down the aisle. We didn't have a reception or a cake...and my maid of honor was in the hospital after just having given birth. This Dec we'll be married for 10 years, I'd say we've beaten back bad luck with a stick.
