No what I was refering to is the way our minds work. The tool tht we now have is only as good as we use it. If we allow ourselves to over fill it at the beginning stages, when we get to where we can eat more solid foods we are more likely to over fill it then too. That is what is dangerous and hurts us. Making ourselves drink slower and eat slower helps us later when we can have foods that could cause harm to our bodies if eaten or drank fast. It's all psycological but it does make since.
