Hi All,
I'm Back!! I had surgery on 08/30, then 2 weeks off to heal and here I am back at work!! All went well with the surgery, Spent a long time in Recovery (they couldn't find me a room!!), then to ICU for the night and morning, then to my very own room.
All is going well. I'm having a little pain issue with my left side, but that will pass!! Kelly just says it's to remind me I had surgery
I could do without the reminder!! I'm on the soft diet now, I spend my time trying to get get 50g of protein in!! So far so good, don't know that I'm actually getting any where near 50, but I feel good and have energy.
So far I'm not hungry at all. I have to remind myself to eat. I've had a couple episodes of eating to much, I haven't figured out my limits yet... I'm trying the 5 times a day, 3 mains then a protein snack like cheese or something, I'll see how that goes.
