Things will get better. I am 5 weeks post and I had to sleep sitting up also. I would have 3 or more pillows behind me, on the couch and then a small one behind my head. Sleep was very little in the beginning but does get better. I think by week 3 - 4 I tried to sleep in bed. Wasn't the best but is getting better. I woke up the other morning on my tummy. I was so shocked

because I would try and be so careful with that but things are getting much better. Hang in there!!!
